*gasp...pant...*

YES!!! I have two seconds to...*drumroll* MYSELF!!! *trumpet fanfare*

I don't know how people like Patrick do it!! He has express AND the play and still manages to survive.

Ok, I'm getting ahead of myself. I shall list my new classes in the order of easiest to hardest, to prep you for what is sure to be a rant.

  1. Advanced Algebra with Mr. K: Easiest class. Period. Yeah, math isn't my strong point, but still...this is easy crud. Homework takes like 10 minutes. Oh, and I'm pretty sure Mr. K is gay. He has a high-pitched voice, isn't married (looked for a ring...found none), and expects extreme order in his class (everything from behavior to how we file our papers...he seriously can't take a joke). And although he doesn't dress like your stereotypical gay man, he dresses like a gay friend I know. So that's a start.
  2. Team Sports with Ms. S: Only harder than Math because of the running. Only easier than Physics because I'm starting to get a little confused in this particular unit. Anyway, apart from the running, this class a lot of fun. So far we've played softball (which I love), football (which I love, and would love more if they would pass me the friggin BALL!! Damn sex stereotypes and male ego...), and Ultimate Frizbee (which is OK, but still fun if the teams are good). I've gotten more flexible in the month I've been in that class...think how much more flexible I'd be if I took Dance!
  3. Physics with Mr. L: Mr. L is awesome. He's 25 years old. 25!!!! He has one of those baby faces. Hee! Anyway, Physics is alright...but, like I said, I'm starting to get a wee bit confused. Maybe it's all those formulas...might go in to see him later on. Love my lab partners, Andy and Ashley (they're twins!). Really nice and helpful people. It's pretty funny; in that class, the computers NEVER work!!! And every day, we have a question of the day people have to answer...like "Favorite Musical Band" or whatever...
  4. English with Mr. R: Only easier than Spanish beacuse in Spanish, we've forgotten, like, everything since last year. Anyway, Mr. R can be pretty funny. He's like a mixture of our old Academy English teachers...like Dr. A in the sense that he's kind of quiet but has wit in spades, and like Mr. A beacuse they like to get to know the class and have fun at times...and they both tend to go on small tangents. Hee. But apparently, Mr. R is a hard tester. Shit!
  5. Spanish with Senor Z: I like this class a lot. We start most days by watching CNN in spanish. We're very familiar with the news caster...Carlos!!! ^^ Senor Z is married, but if you ask him who his girlfriend is, he'll answer you with "Nicole Kidman". He uses her in his examples, and has this huge poster of her in his office. Crazy. We don't learn a lot in his class, so homework is essential.
  6. US History with Mr. M: HAREST FRIGGIN CLASS I'VE EVER TAKEN!!! Seriously, this man is insane. Nice guy, tells great stories, but the workload is nuts. I currently have 5 long-term projects to think about in my 6 classes, and 3 of them are from this class. ONE CLASS!!! Our only homework is to take book notes from our huge-ass textbook, but that goes soooo slowly. All our quizzes are nit-picky (but multiple choice, prasie God) and all our tests are hand-written. AUGH!!! I hate hand-writing essays! My brain bounces around a lot and it's hard for me to think linerally, especially under pressure. So writing an essay in class for a grade is TORTURE!!! No matter how genius an idea I get, if I've finished that paragraph, too bad. MEEP!

I am a Junior Academite. I am to be pitied.
